You'll build end-to-end product features across the Avatars domain at Synthesia, combining frontend, backend, and AI model capabilities. You'll ship features from idea to production and work directly with AI models to shape product decisions. You'll frequently solve 0 to 1 problems like introducing new avatar capabilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver features across frontend, backend, and AI models.
• Own features from concept to production with loosely defined requirements.
• Build backend systems for feature logic and model integration.
• Ship features behind feature flags and iterate based on usage signals.

📋 Requirements

• Experience building and shipping full-stack product features in production.
• Comfort working across both frontend and backend independently.
• Strong product mindset: take ambiguous problems and iterate to solutions.
• Ability to evaluate technical feasibility and make pragmatic trade-offs.
