💼 About This Role

You'll join SpaceX's NDE operations team performing nondestructive evaluation inspections on Starship components. Your work ensures flight-critical parts meet quality standards for humanity's Mars mission. This role offers exposure to diverse inspection methods across the Starship program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform surface NDE inspections including VT and PT
• Interpret and report findings to production and engineering
• Interpret engineering drawings as required
• Support development of NDE techniques for complex geometries

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• NDE Level II certification in ET, RT, DR, PT, CR, PAUT, UT, or UTSW per ASNT TC-1A, NAS-410, or DOD
• OR 3+ years inspection experience in aerospace, aviation, military, or precision machining
• OR completion of a certified NDE/NDT school or course

✨ Nice to Have

• Additional Level II certifications in other NDE methods
• Experience inspecting weldments, forgings, or castings
• AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
