💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the sales organization for the largest Transportation Management System following a merger. You'll own the full sales cycle and drive go-to-market execution for last-mile logistics technology. This role offers the chance to define a unified sales strategy and lead a high-growth organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Lead as a player-coach on complex enterprise deals
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
  • Build and scale the sales organization including SEs, SDRs, and sales operations

📋 Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • 10+ years in senior sales leadership roles
  • 5+ years selling Transportation Management Systems
  • Proven track record of forecasting accuracy

  • Experience in healthcare delivery verticals
  • Prior experience integrating sales teams post-acquisition
  • MBA or relevant graduate degree
