Description

You will provide technical support to end users, maintain desktop and laptop fleets, and ensure high uptime and customer satisfaction. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire role, onsite Monday-Friday in New York.

Requirements

• 2+ years IT helpdesk experience
• Experience with Windows 11, MacOS, Microsoft Office
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Onsite availability in NYC, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person
• Document, track, and monitor problems for timely resolution
• Maintain and support desktop PCs, hardware, software, and OS
• Assist with shipping/receiving for Technology Dept
• Maintain IT consumables inventory
