💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience and ensuring fellow fans get the merch they love. You'll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and support daily operations. This role is part-time at a pop culture retail store that donates meals to Feeding America.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience and product knowledge.
• Open and close the store and provide leadership coverage.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
