💼 About This Role

You'll join Octopus Energy Services Germany to service and maintain heat pump systems for customers in the Stuttgart region. Your work directly supports the energy transition through sustainable heating solutions. You'll be part of a global team driving innovative energy technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, repair, and service of heat pumps in the field
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical faults
• Serve as technical contact for installation teams
• Plan and document service visits

📋 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Servicetechniker, or Elektriker
• Experience in customer service or heat pump installation
• Valid driver's license class B and willingness to travel
• Certification as electrical skilled person for defined activities
