Description

Lead a team of game product managers to drive player and business impact for Wild Rift. You'll define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for gameplay and moments, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features, and coach other PMs to strengthen product craft.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management or game design with focus on player systems or gameplays
• 3+ years managing or mentoring other PMs
• Track record of launching impactful features
• Experience creating gameplay features like Summoner's Rift
• Fluency in Mandarin and written English

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Moments and Gameplay Workstreams
• Translate product strategy into actionable plans with clear goals and metrics
• Build and manage a team to drive player growth via core gameplay capabilities
• Orchestrate across product owners to deliver cohesive player login moments
• Coach and mentor other Game PMs
