💼 About This Role

You'll join Braintrust's foundational sales team to drive enterprise adoption of their AI observability platform. Your core impact will be closing complex deals with technical buyers at companies like Stripe and Notion. You'll have the opportunity to shape the GTM strategy in a high-growth startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Develop GTM strategy and close key customer accounts
  • Own full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and renewals
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with technical teams

📋 Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of full-cycle sales experience to technical audiences
  • Experience selling to large enterprises with complex deal cycles
  • Ability to carry technical conversations with AI/engineering teams

  • Experience at a high-growth startup or in AI/ML industry
