You will join a growing team providing 1:1 home health care to adult and geriatric patients in the Indianapolis area. This role offers flexible scheduling, great work/life balance, and the opportunity to develop your skills with training and scholarship support.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Indiana
• Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Ability to travel to assigned cases

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes
• Perform client assessments and case management
• Accurately document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet
