🎯 What You'll Do

• Validate and apply software modules for coding and training.
• Collaborate with coding and clinical teams and external clients.
• Present clinical and coding concepts to hospitals.
• Implement and support Clinical Documentation Integrity programs.
• Lead audits of medical record coding and compliance.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with 7 years RN inpatient acute care experience
• OR High School Diploma with 11 years inpatient acute care coding experience
• RHIT, CCDS, CDIP, or CCS certification with 5 years CDI experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%
