Description

You will operate water treatment and processing equipment, monitoring and optimizing water quality for bottling operations. Your work ensures every bottle starts with perfectly balanced, high-quality water that meets strict standards.

Requirements

• Experience in water treatment, beverage manufacturing, or quality/lab environments
• Familiarity with water testing methods (pH, TDS, hardness, alkalinity, conductivity)
• Experience with filtration systems, reverse osmosis, UV, or mineral dosing systems preferred
• Mechanical skills: performing CIPs, replacing membranes, pump seals, small pumps, correcting leaks
• Understanding of GMP and food safety environments

Responsibilities

• Operate water treatment and processing equipment to ensure sufficient capacity for bottling operations
• Monitor and test water quality (pH, TDS, hardness, alkalinity, conductivity) to meet formulation standards
• Minimize production downtime by proactively identifying and correcting water issues
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and testing records
• Escalate out-of-spec conditions and help implement corrective actions
