You'll ensure supplier materials meet quality standards for autonomous maritime platforms at a defense tech leader. You'll drive supplier audits and corrective actions to improve supply chain performance. This role offers the chance to shape supplier quality processes in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement supplier quality assurance processes.
• Conduct audits, assessments, and inspections at supplier sites.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier-related quality concerns.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or supplier quality.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO/TS 16949 standards.
• Experience with root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, FMEA).

✨ Nice to Have

• Certification in quality (CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt).
• Experience in a regulated industry (automotive, defense, aerospace).
• Familiarity with APQP or PLM.
