💼 About This Role

You'll join the Enterprise team at a CRE tech company to build backend (Rails) and frontend (React) features. You'll drive technical decisions and mentor engineers while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions for a customer base of 50,000+ brokers.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and launch excellent software iteratively
• Make sound architectural decisions balancing urgency and maintainability
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Customer-facing teams
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and pairing

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product software development experience
• Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and React
• Ability to own complex, ambiguous problems end-to-end
• Experience mentoring others through code reviews and pairing

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience using Claude Code or similar AI-assisted tools
• Experience with enterprise or contract-driven work
