You'll lead global sourcing strategy for capital equipment at a battery recycling startup. Your work will drive cost reductions and manage supplier partnerships to support rapid manufacturing expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global sourcing strategy for capital equipment across all facilities
• Manage full procurement lifecycle from RFQ to purchase order
• Negotiate contracts and drive total cost of ownership reductions
• Coordinate equipment logistics, customs, and delivery schedules

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
• 8+ years experience in supply chain or procurement
• 4+ years focused on capital equipment in manufacturing or industrial
• Experience managing high-value capital equipment projects

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in battery or energy industry
• Knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC trade regulations
• Mentoring and team development experience
