Description
You will deliver one-on-one and couples personalized fitness instruction in clients' homes, using the Svetness Fitness App to program sessions, track progress, and communicate. Customize workout programs, conduct reassessments every 4-6 weeks, and maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments within a 45-minute commute.
Requirements
- NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE accredited personal trainer certification
- Up-to-date CPR/AED certification
- High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years personal training experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable transportation and possession of basic training equipment
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and couples personalized in-home fitness instruction
- Customize client workout programs from the Initial Assessment
- Utilize Svetness Fitness App for session notes and programming
- Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct performance with modifications
- Conduct client reassessments every 4-6 weeks
