Description
You will operate heavy equipment like wheel-loaders and forklifts to manage inbound waste and recyclable material, ensure safe material flow, perform pre- and post-operation inspections, and participate in cross-training. Your role is critical to maintaining efficient recycling operations.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound flow of materials and direct trucks for safe discharge
- Perform pre- and post-operation equipment inspections
- Safely operate wheel-loader, forklift, compactor, and tractor truck
- Operate Kubota and perform baler operator duties
- Identify grades of recyclable materials and monitor for contamination
