You'll own product strategy and roadmap for Loop's resource management and capacity planning capabilities, modeling a mixed workforce that includes full-time employees, contractors, gig workers, and AI agents. You'll define how AI surfaces capacity risk and recommends reallocation, enabling organizations to make informed decisions on workforce capacity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for resource management features
• Drive demand-to-capacity matching and scenario planning
• Conduct discovery with resource managers and PMO leaders
• Define how AI models capacity risk and recommends reallocation

📋 Requirements

• 4–8 years in resource management or workforce planning
• Hands-on experience with demand vs. supply tradeoffs in a delivery organization
• Familiarity with workforce planning systems like Planview, Workday, SAP
• Ability to sift through complexity and produce clear executive output

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted or autonomous work modeling
• Background in PMO or professional services operations
• Consulting experience in workforce management
