💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients, performing evaluations and developing individualized care plans. You'll make a direct impact on clients' ability to remain safely at home. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and the support of a multidisciplinary team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

📋 Requirements

• Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program.
