You'll lead enterprise deployments of ValonOS, an AI-native operating system for regulated finance. You'll drive cross-functional strike teams to deliver high-stakes rollouts on time and budget. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise deployments from discovery to steady state
• Orchestrate cross-functional teams: DS, engineers, product, analytics
• Codify reusable deployment playbooks and accelerators
• Drive executive steering and stakeholder communications

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading complex enterprise implementations in regulated environments
• Track record owning end-to-end programs with executive visibility
• Ability to translate ambiguous pain points into precise requirements
• Executive communication skills to brief C-level stakeholders

• Mortgage servicing fluency (escrow, default, cash management)
