You'll own Clay Clubs quality, digital community health, and the IRL↔URL handoff for a global community of 11,000+ customers. You'll be the connective tissue between GTME practitioners and internal teams, scaling operations for 84+ chapters.

• Scale Clay Clubs globally with quality systems
• Re-energize the 30K+ member Slack community
• Build operational systems for 84+ chapters
• Make IRL event energy flow into digital continuity

📋 Requirements

• Community building experience inside and outside work
• Systems thinking with bias toward action
• Proven ability to scale communities without losing intimacy
• Comfortable with ambiguity and no established playbook

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with go-to-market engineering or sales communities
• Familiarity with Clay platform and ecosystem
• International community expansion experience
