Description

You will design and build scalable iOS applications using Swift, collaborating with product and design teams to translate user needs into technical solutions. You'll write high-quality, performant code, participate in agile practices, and contribute to resolving incidents on-call, helping Careem build the Everything App for the greater Middle East.

Requirements

• 4+ years iOS development with extensive Swift
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of mobile development lifecycle and iOS architecture
• Proficiency in reactive programming (RxSwift/Combine)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum in remote teams

Responsibilities

• Design and build advanced scalable iOS applications in Swift
• Write high-quality, performant, and reliable code independently
• Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Unit-test code for robustness and reliability
• Participate in on-call rotation and agile engineering practices
