💼 About This Role

You'll lead privacy and AI compliance for a fast-growing AI company transforming legal services. You'll partner with engineering, product, and security teams to embed privacy into product development and navigate global regulations like GDPR and CCPA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate Data Processing Agreements with customers and vendors.
• Develop and scale global privacy programs including DPIAs and RoPA.
• Advise product and engineering teams on privacy and AI regulatory impact.
• Monitor and respond to changes in privacy laws and AI regulations.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years post-qualification experience in privacy and data protection.
• Proven expertise in U.S. and E.U. data protection law.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for privacy and AI contracts.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

• Experience with AI governance frameworks like CCPA.
