You'll build the AI foundation for Harvey's legal platform, designing agent infrastructure and model routing systems. Your work will directly set the ceiling for what Harvey's AI can achieve in a high-stakes domain. It's a rare chance to define a new category at a generational company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design platform-level systems for context management and agent infrastructure
• Own model integration, routing, and evaluation infrastructure
• Build evaluation frameworks and tooling for AI quality
• Partner with product teams to launch cutting-edge AI products

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building backend systems with 1+ year in AI/ML engineering
• Experience building multi-model AI systems in production
• Familiarity with context management or memory systems
• Track record of building internal platforms or SDKs adopted by other teams

• Experience with evaluation frameworks
• Familiarity with agent/function-calling architectures
