💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership to create an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and drive sales through add-ons and BOPIS. This part-time role offers hands-on experience in retail operations and team development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an engaging shopping experience and product knowledge.
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store, process sales transactions.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate store and merchandise products.
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds.
