🎯 What You'll Do

• Own forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis across core product lines.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models to support product strategy and pricing.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evaluate growth drivers and revenue dynamics.
• Define, track, and refine key financial and operational metrics for scalability.

📋 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or similar roles in high-growth environments.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills connecting data to business outcomes.
• Experience working with ambiguous data environments and structuring analysis independently.
• Understanding of digital or subscription-based businesses including key performance drivers.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or Web3 environments.
• Familiarity with Pigment, Google Workspace, or similar financial planning systems.
• Exposure to capital allocation, M&A, or investment decision-making.
