💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the right-hand to the Regional Marketing Director, translating regional strategy into impactful execution across Latin America. Your work will directly influence pipeline generation, brand elevation, and market expansion. This is a fixed-term role for six months with autonomous execution and cross-functional influence.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end execution of LATAM marketing initiatives including events, campaigns, and ABM programs.
  • Own vendor and agency relationships from selection through execution and performance evaluation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and global marketing teams.
  • Manage regionalization of marketing content and collateral for LATAM audiences.
  • Analyze campaign and event performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.

📋 Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with multi-channel acquisition campaigns.
  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B event marketing including large-scale conferences and trade shows.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
