Description

You will act as a trusted advisor, translating client business goals into smart Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) solutions. You'll own client relationships, configure automation, and lead training to ensure they maximize their marketing automation investment.

Requirements

• 5+ years consultant/strategist role in Salesforce ecosystem or marketing automation
• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
• Hands-on building and deploying Engagement Studio, automation rules, grading/scoring
• Track record translating business requirements into technical roadmaps
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Guide client relationship as primary advisor for marketing automation strategy
• Translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Build and configure Account Engagement solutions (Engagement Studio, automation rules, scoring)
• Lead business process reviews to design future-state automation environments
• Empower client teams through training and documentation
