You'll own the bridge between strategic vision and product reality, defining the roadmap for uConnect's virtual career center used by top universities. You'll drive product discovery, partnerships, and AI innovation to scale career engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and sequence the product roadmap with clear milestones and success metrics.
• Conduct customer research including focus groups and user interviews.
• Own content partnerships and platform integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering on planning and delivery.
• Drive monetization strategies including packaging, pricing, and feature tiering.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years in a senior or leadership role at a SaaS company.
• Proven track record of owning product requirements end-to-end.
• Experience running customer research programs like focus groups and user interviews.
• Strong technical understanding to collaborate with engineering teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in higher education or edtech.
• Experience building or managing content partnerships.
• Familiarity with modern product tooling (Jira, Linear, Productboard, Figma, Notion).
