🎯 What You'll Do

  • Recruit top-tier technical talent and implement performance management frameworks.
  • Drive process improvements to reduce time-to-resolution and scale operations.
  • Serve as escalation point for high-priority customer issues.
  • Oversee shift scheduling and on-call rotations for 24x7 coverage.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer-facing technical services roles.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting hardware/software systems (storage, Linux, Windows, VMware).
  • Track record of identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
