🎯 What You'll Do
- Recruit top-tier technical talent and implement performance management frameworks.
- Drive process improvements to reduce time-to-resolution and scale operations.
- Serve as escalation point for high-priority customer issues.
- Oversee shift scheduling and on-call rotations for 24x7 coverage.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical services roles.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience.
- Expertise in troubleshooting hardware/software systems (storage, Linux, Windows, VMware).
- Track record of identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
