Description

As a Bird Operations Partner, you'll manage the logistics of our e-scooter and e-bike fleet in Vernon. You'll collect, charge, and deploy vehicles to ensure they are available where and when the community needs them, playing a key role in making cities more livable.

Requirements

• Own or have consistent access to at least one van or truck for transporting vehicles
• Access to a garage or warehouse with electricity is highly preferred
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and perform physical tasks
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with mobile tools; strong local knowledge of Vernon

Responsibilities

• Collect, deploy, relocate, and retrieve e-scooters and e-bikes across Vernon daily
• Optionally charge vehicles at your own secured facility for maximum earnings
• Manage the end-to-end operation of your assigned portfolio
• Perform light field checks to ensure vehicle safety and environmental compliance
• Problem-solve in real-time to overcome obstacles and prioritize tasks
