You will own full-funnel demand generation for an enterprise B2B SaaS company, driving pipeline across paid and organic channels. This senior role blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution to evolve and scale growth systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B growth or demand generation, ideally in SaaS or startup
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and a track record of driving pipeline
  • Experience owning a demand generation budget with accountability for pipeline outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with attribution models, cohort analysis, and pipeline forecasting
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce; practical AI-assisted workflows

Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation strategy across the full buying journey
  • Lead multi-channel execution across paid (LinkedIn Ads, search, social) and organic (email, SEO, AEO)
  • Set audience segmentation and targeting strategy for enterprise B2B accounts
  • Own pipeline generation targets in partnership with Sales and RevOps
  • Design nurture programs and optimize conversion flows from first touch to closed-won
