You'll lead a team of sales representatives selling cloud-native data security products across the Central and Western US. You'll drive revenue growth through account strategies and partner collaboration while managing all aspects of the sales process. This role offers ownership of cloud hyperscaler deals and the chance to shape Rubrik's cloud product strategy.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive cloud territory strategy
  • Manage and develop team of sales representatives
  • Participate in strategic and tactical regional planning
  • Drive accurate team forecasting and conduct weekly progress meetings

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • Experience working on cloud hyperscaler Infrastructure/Security Enterprise deals
  • Relevant domain experience across backup, cloud and datacenter environments
  • Proven track record selling technology-related products and services

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of Rubrik's specific domain area
  • Experience with unstructured data
