You will support CSA field activities by coordinating with project management, field teams, and trade partners to ensure alignment with project plans and safety standards. Your role involves overseeing field operations, resolving issues, and supporting commissioning tasks to deliver projects efficiently.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of CSA construction processes and field coordination.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Experience with commissioning or construction management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce site safety standards and maintain housekeeping.
  • Support Project Manager in CSA field coordination activities.
  • Oversee CSA field operations including laydown checks and verifying alignment with Weekly Work Plan.
  • Coordinate with trades and Area Superintendents to resolve field issues.
  • Support commissioning software use, issue assignment, and documentation audits.
