You'll own the end-to-end design process for AI-powered financial tools at Range, a hyper-growth fintech startup. Your work will directly shape how users manage investments, taxes, and retirement. You'll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in a fast-paced, high-impact environment backed by Google's Gradient Ventures.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design process from discovery to pixel-perfect handoffs
• Partner with product managers and engineers to scope projects and define timelines
• Build and test prototypes using Figma
• Manage structured design files and contribute to the design system

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design
• Proven ability to work within and enhance design systems
• Experience with consumer/luxury product design
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects that have shipped

• Experience in data visualization
• Fintech or content management systems experience
• Knowledge of workflow UI and funnels
