You'll evaluate and improve business processes for a healthcare software company, working with cross-functional teams to document and optimize workflows. You'll drive process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction in an evolving software development environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Map current processes using LucidChart and Draw.io
• Facilitate kaizen initiatives and process improvement projects
• Develop process documentation in Confluence and PowerPoint
• Identify system and workflow changes needed for new processes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis or improvement
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (LucidChart, Confluence Draw.io)
• Experience creating instructional documentation using PowerPoint or Confluence
• Knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or ITIL certification
• Experience facilitating workshops or kaizens
