🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer equity plans including stock options, RSUs, and ESPP
• Serve as primary contact for equity-related employee inquiries
• Collaborate with finance, legal, HR, and payroll on equity transactions
• Prepare and distribute equity reports and ensure regulatory compliance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• 2+ years of stock administration or equity compensation experience

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) credential
• Public company experience
• Knowledge of international equity plans and cross-border tax compliance
