💼 About This Role

You'll be the first Revenue Partnerships hire in the Middle East, driving partnerships with system integrators and cloud providers to scale ElevenLabs' AI voice solutions. You'll build a sales pipeline through strategic alliances and collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape partnership strategy in a high-growth AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify partnership opportunities with Global/Regional System Integrators and Cloud Providers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with VARs, consulting firms, and technology partners.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Sales to close deals and exceed sales targets.
  • Serve as primary contact for all partner initiatives within the Regional Sales team.

📋 Requirements

  • At least 7 years of quota-carrying sales experience in new business development.
  • Minimum 3 years managing sales pipelines through partnerships in a complex matrix.
  • Proven ability to communicate value of enterprise technology solutions.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese with deep cultural understanding of Southeast Asia and Greater China.
