💼 About This Role

You'll lead user acquisition for social discovery platforms with over 20 million users. You will drive growth by scaling channels like TikTok, Snapchat, and X while mentoring junior managers. This role offers direct impact on processes and a path to lead the UA team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Launch and scale paid channels including TikTok, Snapchat, X, and Quora
• Implement growth hacking strategies for rapid user acquisition
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and optimize funnels
• Collaborate with creative team to produce high-converting ads

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing
• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Understanding of key marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS)
