Description

You will design, develop, and optimize backend systems that power large-scale ad delivery, targeting, and reporting, leveraging AI and Generative AI technologies to create intelligent solutions that enhance ad generation, optimization, and personalization.

Requirements

• 4-5 years experience in Java and Linux/UNIX environments
• Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and performance optimization
• Hands-on experience with Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/MyBatis
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Kubernetes, Jenkins, Maven, GIT, Docker
• Knowledge of AI concepts including RAG, agentic AI, and model fine-tuning

Responsibilities

• Create and present design reviews, translating feature requirements into robust technical designs
• End-to-end ownership of solution design, development, testing, planning, execution, and release
• Optimize backend systems for high performance and scalability
• Leverage AI/GenAI tools and prompt engineering to boost productivity and code quality
• Apply Agile practices, participate in code reviews, and ensure high-quality deliverables
