Description

You will build and own Temporal's international partner ecosystem in APJ, working with field teams to drive partner go-to-market and generate new business through system integrators and cloud partners. This role involves growing the SI ecosystem, maximizing pipeline from existing partners, and developing creative business development plays to accelerate consumption.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, direct selling, partner management, and field engagement
  • Ability to operate across multiple domains and drive closed/won partner projects
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to embed partner-first mentality within sales organization
  • Experience scaling international partner ecosystems

  • Grow APJ system integrator ecosystem with focus on net new business
  • Maximize pipeline generation from existing SI and cloud partners
  • Be a trusted advisor and force multiplier for APJ field teams
