🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to hiring
• Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers
• Develop strategies to scale hiring across India locations
• Conduct market research for job descriptions and compensation

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years recruiting leadership roles in consulting/professional services
• Experience sourcing passive candidates in competitive industries
• Understanding of Employment Law
• Skilled in managing executive candidates and complex requisitions

• Experience at a growing global company
• In-house recruiting experience in tech or design
