  • Engage in proactive outbound call campaigns
  • Manage and resolve customer cases using Salesforce
  • Adapt to evolving CX strategy and product landscape

  • Experience in a service environment with service levels and quality targets
  • Clear, concise, and authentic communication style
  • Confidence to make proactive outbound calls
  • Proficiency with IT tools like Microsoft Office or Google Suite
