💼 About This Role

You'll own features end to end at a fast-growing AI platform used by over 6,000 companies. You'll scope, build, and ship across the stack while staying close to users. This role offers high product influence in a resource-constrained environment where you shape features you build and work across Chat, Agents, Workflows, Mobile, and admin tooling.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scope, design, build, and ship features across the full stack
• Join customer calls and use insights to guide product decisions
• Work on Chat, Agents, Workflows, Mobile, and admin tooling
• Own features in production and lead fixes when issues arise

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years of full-stack experience shipping production software
• Strong in TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Comfortable with Postgres, Redis, queues, and async work
• Heavy user of AI tooling in development workflow

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of LLM behavior (context windows, tool calling, streaming)
• Experience with React Native and Expo
• Side projects or open source contributions showing end-to-end shipping
