You'll manage the quote-to-close process for renewals in collaboration with sales and customer success teams. Your core impact is securing up-for-renewal dollars and mitigating renewal risk at a leading cloud security company. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Handle quote-to-close for renewals 120-90 days in advance.
- Achieve quarterly revenue goals including retention and growth.
- Partner with Customer Success to assess health and drive strategy.
- Maintain accurate forecast of renewals within assigned book.
- Manage renewal process for multiple commercial customers concurrently.
๐ Requirements
- 2-5 years of related cybersecurity and renewals experience.
- Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models.
- Experience in SaaS revenue organization (Sales, CSM, or renewals).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, ChurnZero.
