You'll manage the quote-to-close process for renewals in collaboration with sales and customer success teams. Your core impact is securing up-for-renewal dollars and mitigating renewal risk at a leading cloud security company. ๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Handle quote-to-close for renewals 120-90 days in advance.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue goals including retention and growth.
  • Partner with Customer Success to assess health and drive strategy.
  • Maintain accurate forecast of renewals within assigned book.
  • Manage renewal process for multiple commercial customers concurrently.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-5 years of related cybersecurity and renewals experience.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models.
  • Experience in SaaS revenue organization (Sales, CSM, or renewals).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, IronClad, ChurnZero.
