You'll architect and build Java microservices on Kubernetes and drive technical strategy across teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee engineering efforts across all payment teams in Pune office
• Contribute to product vision and suggest technical solutions
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues
• Drive improvements in culture, process, and engineering excellence

📋 Requirements

• Java, Spring Boot, microservice architecture, REST APIs
• Proven track record delivering complex projects in agile environments
• Experience mentoring engineers of all experience levels
• Experience in CI/CD and DevOps systems and processes
