You will ensure software runs reliably in live environments, focusing on stability, efficiency, and scalability by building automation and monitoring tools, managing incidents, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve developer experience and product quality, bridging DevOps and Software Engineering.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong coding skills in C++, Rust, SQL, Nix OS, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms, ERP and MES
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and monitoring tools
• Understanding of system architecture, networking, and database management in production

Responsibilities

• Ensure applications run reliably, efficiently, and securely in live production environments
• Develop and maintain automated deployment (CI/CD), testing, and scaling processes
• Build and manage monitoring systems for application health, performance, and user experience
• Respond to production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures
• Contribute to architectural decisions and conduct code reviews
