You'll manage customer accounts and shipments for a third-party logistics provider, leveraging proprietary technology to coordinate pickups and deliveries. Your core impact is ensuring seamless logistics for multiple accounts while proactively growing customer relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries for customers
• Enter bids and notate customer communication in TMS
• Proactively deliver tracking updates to customers
• Grow accounts through penetration and additional services

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• 1-year customer service or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Previous sales experience is a plus
