• Assist in defining recruitment needs and hiring.
• Coach, mentor, and supervise a team of Backoffice Agents.
• Monitor performance and review departmental KPIs.
• Act as escalation point for critical issues.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading a team in a call center or backoffice environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage teams remotely.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
