Description

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Smartly, you will own global customer accounts from day one, providing consultative advice and driving long-term success. You'll act as a strategic partner between clients, digital platforms, and Smartly, managing relationships and scaling operations in the fast-paced online marketing industry.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in digital marketing across paid social and Google platforms in a customer-facing role
  • Proven success managing enterprise-level accounts and driving measurable outcomes
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystem including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google
  • Hands-on experience with Smartly
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setup from NYC office (at least 3 days per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of global customer accounts across DV360, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta
  • Build strong relationships with operational and executive stakeholders
  • Drive adoption of Smartly solutions to improve performance, efficiency, and retention
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Creative, and Marketing teams to solve challenges
  • Lead commercial conversations including business reviews and expansion opportunities
