Description
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Smartly, you will own global customer accounts from day one, providing consultative advice and driving long-term success. You'll act as a strategic partner between clients, digital platforms, and Smartly, managing relationships and scaling operations in the fast-paced online marketing industry.
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital marketing across paid social and Google platforms in a customer-facing role
- Proven success managing enterprise-level accounts and driving measurable outcomes
- Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystem including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google
- Hands-on experience with Smartly
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from NYC office (at least 3 days per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of global customer accounts across DV360, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta
- Build strong relationships with operational and executive stakeholders
- Drive adoption of Smartly solutions to improve performance, efficiency, and retention
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Creative, and Marketing teams to solve challenges
- Lead commercial conversations including business reviews and expansion opportunities
