You'll scale TikTok Shop operations and build a high-impact affiliate ecosystem that drives revenue through creator partnerships. This role combines social commerce, influencer marketing, and performance analytics to turn creator collaborations into measurable GMV growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates at scale
• Negotiate commission structures and maintain creator relationships
• Develop creative briefs aligned with TikTok trends for content performance
• Execute product seeding strategies and track ROI from campaigns
• Launch and manage TikTok Live events, flash sales, and creator-led campaigns

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce platforms
• Demonstrated success in scaling affiliate or influencer marketing programs
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Affiliate Center, Creator Marketplace, and Seller Center
• Deep understanding of TikTok trends, viral content formats, and platform dynamics
